3. Booking and Contracts 预订与合同

3.1 Charter Agreements 租船协议

All shipping services are subject to formal charter party agreements. Verbal agreements are not binding until confirmed in writing. | 所有航运服务须受正式租船合同约束。口头协议在书面确认前不具法律效力。

3.2 Payment Terms 付款条款

Payment terms are specified in individual contracts. Late payments may incur interest charges as per Singapore law. | 付款条款在各合同中另行规定。逾期付款可能依据新加坡法律产生利息费用。

4. Cargo Requirements 货物要求

Customers must: | 客户须：

• Provide accurate cargo declarations 提供准确的货物申报
• Ensure cargo complies with IMO regulations 确保货物符合IMO法规
• Provide proper documentation and certificates 提供齐全的文件及证书
• Comply with all customs and port requirements 遵守所有海关及港口规定

5. Liability and Insurance 责任与保险

5.1 Limitation of Liability 责任限制

Our liability is limited as per international maritime conventions including SOLAS, MARPOL, and applicable charter party terms. | 我们的责任依据SOLAS、MARPOL等国际海事公约及适用租船合同条款予以限制。

5.2 Insurance 保险

Customers are responsible for obtaining appropriate cargo insurance. We maintain P&I club membership and hull insurance for all vessels. | 客户须自行购买适当的货物保险。我们为所有船只持有P&I协会会员资格及船体保险。

6. Force Majeure 不可抗力

We shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control, including weather, port closures, strikes, or government actions. | 因超出我们合理控制范围的事件（包括天气、港口关闭、罢工或政府行为）导致的延误或履约失败，我们概不负责。

7. Cancellation and Refunds 取消与退款

Cancellation terms are specified in individual charter agreements. Cancellation fees may apply as per contract terms. | 取消条款在各租船协议中另行规定。依据合同条款，取消可能须缴纳取消费。

8. Governing Law 适用法律

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts or arbitration as specified in charter agreements. | 本条款受新加坡法律管辖并按其解释。任何争议须提交新加坡法院或依租船协议规定进行仲裁。

9. Amendments 条款修改
